Please Note that before exercising this right, you must withdraw from your Denneris account and retain all documents relating to the orders made by Denneris, whether the invoicing has been made to You or to any other natural or Legal entity (such as invoices, guarantee certificates). If You do not do this before exercising your right to erasure, you will lose all these documents and Denneris will not be able to provide them to you, as the case may be, as the process of erasing data and deleting the Denneris account with all the data and documents Associated with it is an irreversible process.

 

 

Limiting Data Processing.

 

You may ask us to restrict the processing of Your personal data, but only if:

·       Their accuracy is disputed (see the section on data rectification) in order to be able to verify their accuracy;

·       or processing is illegal, but You do not want the data to be deleted;
